- Recent housing market has been diversified. Supply of the Mixed-use Apartments and Urban-life housing is increasing. Apartment’s sales ratio is an important factor in terms of policy and housing projects. Similarly, Mixed-use Apartments and Urban-life housing are also important. And expected data as sales rate is essential in these business. For this study, the influence factors were investigated and analyzed the trend by regression model based on the actual sales data. This study disclosed that the configuration of the initial sales prediction model is difficult. And cumulative sales trend of three types of multi-attached house taking the shape of the log curve was verified. Also the initial sales rate of three types of multi-attached house has similar patterns. The results of this study are expected to be helpful in the practical aspects of business management.
