Mission school education has a mission-oriented purpose. The curriculum tailored to the mission school is based on the Christian worldview. It applies the Gospel of Jesus Christ as a three-dimensional metaphor to creatively derive Christian faith. Mission school education aims to lead change after reflecting on the present life. And this kind of education invites learners into the Christian Gospel. Christian values education begins with an existential question about the existence of man, such as the universe, life, love and ethics, and goes through a natural process of learning the relationship between God and the learners. At this time, socio-ethical sensitivities such as homosexuality require a cautious attitude of the educator because it based methodology of the approach is different from Christianity. This debate can waste valuable Christian education moments in unnecessary time. God is the source of Transcendence and Truth. It is not easy to say the truths of Christianity in the complexity and sensitivity of society. But God can Work in them. On this basis, Christian leadership will be an important conductor to guide a soul to the Lord. Mission School is an educational institution with a mission to Christian education. It is based on mission school identity and is related to Mission, which is a Christian mission. Education is important in the nature and role of the teacher, and change and growth of teacher are important factors. Mission school mentor's mission have a meaningful impact on mission school learner's faith formation. The researchers emphasized the importance of mission school leadership and instructors to communicate with learners, and emphasized the importance of communicating the Gospel of Jesus Christ, remembering its contents, maximizing mutual communication between teachers and learners. The researcher suggests the following. This is the positive validity of the culture viewed in Christianity, the use of non-linguistic language that devises the wisdom of communication by seeking contacts with indirect and secondary language use, mutual exchange that reduce adverse effects, and maximize the effect of positive. Through such research, I hope that Mission School will shine a light of Mission toward the vision and the future, give students a seed of precious Christian faith, and be an opportunity to challenge that the formation and maturation of faith.

기독교학교의 교육은 선교지향적인 목적을 가지고 있다. 기독교학교에 맞춰진 커리큘럼은 기독교 가치관 및 세계관에 입각하여 예수 그리스도 복음을 입체적인 메타포로 응용하여 세속문화에 기독교 신앙이 창조적으로 도출되기 때문이다. 기독교학교 교육은 교육을 통해 현재의 삶을 반성한 후 변화를 이끄는 목적성을 가지고 설계되어 기독교 복음에 대한 신앙형성을 지향한다. 기독교 가치관 교육은 우주와 생명, 사랑과 윤리 등 인간의 존재에 대한 실존적 질문으로 시작하여 하나님과 학습자 간의 관계를 조명해가는 자연스러운 과정을 거친다. 이 때 동성애와 같은 사회 윤리적으로 민감한 사안들은 그 접근의 전제적 방법론에 있어서 기독교 가치관과 세속적 가치관이 서로 다르기 때문에 기독교 가치관 교육자의 신중한 태도가 필요하다. 소중한 기독교교육의 시간이 혹 불필요한 소모적 논쟁으로 허비될 수도 있기 때문이다. 하나님의 존재성은 초월과 진리의 근원이다. 사회의 복잡하고 민감한 논쟁사안들이 얽힌 가운데 기독교의 진리를 말한다는 것은 쉽지 않다. 하지만 하나님은 그 가운데서도 역사하실 수 있다는 기독교 신앙에 근거한 리더십의 믿음과 신뢰는 한 영혼을 주님께 인도하는 중요한 가이드가 될 것이다. 기독교학교, 미션스쿨은 기독교교육에 대한 사명을 가진 교육기관이다. 이 같은 사명은 기독교학교 정체성에 기초하여 기독교 정신이 가진 선교정신과 연관된다. 교육의 힘과 그 기능은 가르치는 자의 자질과 역할이 중요하며 여기에는 교사의 변화와 성장이 중요하게 위치된다. 기독교학교에서 교수자의 선교적인 마인드와 기독교적인 사명은 기독교학교 학습자의 신앙형성에 의미 있는 영향을 준다. 연구자는 본 연구논문에서 기독교학교 리더십과 교수자에게 학습자와의 상호소통의 중요성을 강조하면서 예수 그리스도의 복음에 대한 전달과 그 내용에 대한 기억, 교수자와 학습자 서로간의 상호소통을 위한 극대화, 그리고 변화와 개혁을 위한 신앙 교육적 기제들을 고찰하였다. 이는 문화의 긍정적인 기독교교육의 유효한 기능과 귀납적인 기독교 교육적 기능, 그리고 거부감을 줄이고 긍정의 효과를 극대화하는 간접적이고 이차적인 언어 사용, 상호교류의 접점을 찾아 커뮤니케이션의 지혜를 고안하는 비유 언어의 사용을 제안한 것이다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해서, 기독교학교가 비전과 미래를 향한 사명의 빛을 발하고, 선교의 최전선에서 복음의 결실을 이루며, 기독교학교의 비전이자 미래이며 동시에 세상의 비전과 미래인 학생들에게 금보다 귀한 기독교 신앙의 씨앗을 선사함으로서, 기독교학교 학습자의 신앙형성과 성숙을 이루는 도전의 기회가 되기를 기대한다.
