Today, the development of scientific technique and medical science raises interest in bioethics and biomedical ethics. In this regard, each religion presents a variety of bioethics based on doctrine. I will examine the life of human beings from the ethical viewpoint of Rev. Sun Myung Moon as the bioethics of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification. In particular, I will look at abortion, which is the core of bioethics today, from suicide, euthanasia, genetic manipulation and reproduction, and artificial insemination. Bioethics is determined by the perspective on human beings. There are conservative and liberal position, personality and impersonal position in the perspective on human beings. Rev. Sun Myung Moon is the dignified person with divine values as a partner and child of God's love, the lord of all creation as being a spirit person who is differentiated from other living things, and since the reproductive cells of a parent have been modified into one, It has same value with parents. Therefore Abortion, suicide, and euthanasia are not allowed in principle. In addition, pregnancy by the gonad cell of the couple is the principle, but it is not permitted the pregnancy by artificial insemination or in vitro fertilization through the germ cell of a non-married person. In case an infertile couple are recommended adoption. Rev. Sun Myung Moon's thought of bioethics starts from the point of view that human beings are dignified human beings since the reproductive cells were modified by the love of the couple.

오늘날 과학기술과 의학의 발달은 생명윤리･생명의료윤리에 관한 관심을 제고 시킨다. 이와 관련하여 각 종교에서는 교리를 바탕으로 생명윤리를 다양하게 제시 하고 있다. 이에 세계평화통일가정연합의 생명윤리가 되는 문선명선생의 인간 생명 에 대한 윤리적 관점을 살펴본다. 특히 오늘날 생명윤리의 핵심인 낙태에서부터 자 살, 안락사, 유전자 조작과 복제, 인공수정 등에 대해 살펴본다. 생명윤리는 인간관 에 의해 결정된다. 보수주의 입장과 자유주의 입장, 인격주의 입장과 비인격주의 입장 등으로 대별된다. 문선명선생은 인간을 하나님의 사랑의 상대자, 자녀로서 신 적 가치를 지닌 존엄한 존재이며, 여타 생명체와 차별되는 영인체를 지닌 존재로서 만물의 영장이며, 부모의 생식세포가 하나로 수정된 때부터 부모와 동등한 가치를 지닌 존재로 본다. 이에 낙태나 자살, 안락사는 원칙적으로 불허된다. 또한 부부의 생식세포에 의한 자녀 잉태를 원칙으로 하고, 부부가 아닌 타인의 생식세포를 통한 인공수정이나 체외수정은 불허하고 입양을 권장한다. 문선명선생의 생명윤리는 부 부의 사랑으로 생식세포가 수정된 때부터 존엄한 인간 존재라는 인간관에서 출발 된다.
