The topic of Korean Music education normalization is at the center of the musical educational circles. It is high time to make subjective Korean Music educational theory from the educational philosophy based on our own national characteristics. Thus, based on the consideration of the history of Korean philosophy and the idea on music, this study regarded the community centric value of life appeared in the Pungryu thought as our core philosophy and clarified the significance of Korean Music education in association with that. This study developed the Teaching and Learning architecture which can be practical and named it as ‘collaborative learning in community’ that can support substantial comprehension from a specific case of Teaching and Learning activity called ‘Introducing Jongmyojeryeak’ in the form of clustered joint project. I hope the Korean Music education philosophy established by this study can actually affect the Teaching and Learning architecture, strategy, and valuation, not just remain abstract, so that it can contribute to not only normalization of the Korean Music education but also purification of the egocentric, heartless, and free-for-all climate in the school education.

국악교육 정상화의 화두가 음악교육의 중심에 선 지금, 우리 민족 고유의 정체성을 기초로 한 교 육철학을 바탕으로 주체성 있는 국악교육론을 형성해 나가야 할 때이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한 국의 철학사와 음악 사상사를 고찰하여 그를 근거로 풍류사상에 나타난 ‘공동체적 삶의 가치’를 우리 고유의 중심 철학으로 보고 이와 관련하여 국악교육의 의의를 밝혔다. 또한 그것이 실제화될 수 있는 교수ㆍ학습 구조를 개발하여 이를 ‘공동체 협력학습’이라 명칭하고 ‘종묘제례악을 소개합니다’ 라는 모둠별 공동 프로젝트 형태의 구체적인 교수ㆍ학습 활동 사례를 통해 실질적인 이해를 돕도록 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 국악교육철학이 하나의 관념에 머무르는 것이 아니라 교수ㆍ학습 구조 및 전략, 평가 등에 실질적으로 작용함으로써 국악교육의 정상화 뿐 아니라 무한 경쟁 속에서 이기 적이고 각박해진 학교 교육의 풍토를 순화하는 데 조금이나마 기여하기를 바란다.
