This study was conducted to identify the gap between the scores given in dance education and dance instruction capabilities in accordance with whether the subjects that had acquired their qualifications for Art and Culture Educators through various pathways take the training course offered by the Arts & Culture Education Service to verify the correlation between education theory and actual dance classes to suggest improvement measures. To this end, a total of 200 subjects were selected from those who had taken four different paths, respsectively, which were graduates of art and culture-related universities (dance), laymen, school/ art instructors and course graduates of important intangible national treasures. Each group consisted of 50 subjects. The dependent variables of dance education course scores and actual dance class evaluation scores were significantly higher in the group that had undertaken training compared to those who had not. Regardless of which path subjects had taken to acquire the Level 2 qualifications for art and culture educator, the group that had unergone training had a higher mastery in conducting dance classes than those who had not undertaken the training.

이 연구는 문화예술교육사 자격 취득을 위해 다양한 경로를 거쳐 취득한 자격취득자들이 문예진흥원에서 실시하는 자격연수 과정 여부에 따라 무용교육 점수와 무용지도 능력의 차이를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 문화예술관련대학(무용), 일반인, 학교·예술강사, 그리고 중요무형문화재 이수자 4가지 경로별로 50명씩 총 200명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 그리고 각 집단별로 문화예술교육사 자격연수를 한집단과 비연수 집단으로 25명씩 나누어 연수의 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 문화예술교육사 경로 집단별 자격연수 여부별로 무용교육학 점수와 무용지도 능력 점수에서 모두 상호작용효과가 나타났으며, 두 무용교육학 점수와 무용지도 능력이 자격연수 집단이 비연수집단에 비해 월등히 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 자격취득과정의 자격연수는 반드시 연수과정이 필요하며, 자격연수 과정 없이 자격을 취득하였거나, 자격을 취득한지 일정 기간이 경과하였다면 연수과정을 확대하거나 재연수를실시해야 하는 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다.
