The purpose of this focused on the relationship between Hallyu and Ikuno Korea Town in Japan, and considered about feasible area activation of Ikuno Korea Town. It is important to existence of Korea town in Japan where carrying on Hallyu for a long time, so we need to pay attention to persistence and relationship between Korea Town and Hallyu. For this reason, we proposed a feasible concrete example which establishing new relationship of Japanese, Koreans in Japan and Old comer, such as promotional video production, character production and cosplay festival etc. There are various of Korea in Ikuno Korea Town. It is accepted by Japan, and Korea, Japan and Koreans in Japan need to join forces to carry on activation of Ikuno Korea Town. More over we need to study about mean of existence of Korea Town and potentialities of cultural space.

일본어

本稿は、日本における韓流と生野コリアタウンの関係に注目し、生野コリアタウンの地域活性化について考察した。韓流を長い間持続させるには、コリアタウンの存在がとても重要であるため、コリアタウンと韓流の持続性や関係性について注目する必要がある。そのため本稿では、広報映像制作・キャラクター制作・コスプレ祭り開催など、在日・日本人・オールドカマーの新しい関係構築のための実現可能な具体例を提案した。生野コリアタウンには、多様な韓国が存在している。それが認められ、またこの状況が持続するためには「生野コリアタウンの活性化」について、韓国と日本、また在日が力を合わせなければいけない。そして文化空間であるコリアタウンの意味、可能性についての研究がより活発に行われる必要があり、本稿がその一助となることを願う。
