- Nowadays the media always use a word “criminal industrial chain”, the paper discuss this phenomenon and use industrial chain theory to definite the concept of crime chain of certain industrial type, reveal the growth environment, the way to expand, crime permeability, and analyses the illegal petroleum chain crime and poisonous and harmful food industry chain crime , from the perspective of comprehensive treatment, this paper first proposed the idea of the crackdown on crime industry chain.

- 通过媒介使用的犯罪产业链线索，结合产业链理论进行了产业链犯罪的概念界定和类型化探讨，揭示了产业链生长环境、扩张方式、犯罪渗透性等问题，分析了石油非法产业链与有毒、有害食品犯罪产业链两类具体案例，从综合治理视角提出了遏制犯罪产业链的建议。
