Configuration of the social capital of a society is achieved by the overall social capital factors, regardless of the variables. In this study among social capital, focusing on health factors examined with respect to subjective health perception of the country's adult population on the basis of sociological factors in adults. Through the panel material of the Korea Research Institute of labor to 2004 to 2007 for this purpose and for the purpose of extracting the data of the study was analyzed. The results is to decline sharply the proportion of respondents that health, and could see that my research is that a high percentage do not think is healthy in-depth discussion on the subjective perception of health needs. If this study is not high male and living in married state, in the case of a group of illnesses that subjective health irregular employment status affects the state, and the irregular subjective health as a factor affecting the state of the special demographic groups in society for that it is necessary to consider the social and health interventions related to the specific characteristics could be seen.

고령화 추세의 현대사회에서 건강에 대한 관심이 더욱 높아지는 가운데 본 논문에서는 지역사회의 보건시설이 갖는 함의를 재조명해보고자 한다. 본 논문의 취지는 우리나라의 보건시설의 확충이 현재의 이미지에서 탈피하여 우리나라에서 성인의 주관적 인식에 부응하는 성격의 건강센터의 확충이 요구됨을 논의해보고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회자본 중에서, 건강요인을 중심으로 성인의 인구사회학적 요인을 토대로 우리나라 성인의 주관적 건강의 지각에 관하여 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 2004-2007년까지의 한국노동연구원이 제시한 사회인구학적 조사 패널 자료를 통하여 본 연구의 목적과 맞는 데이터를 추출하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 해를 거듭할수록 건강하다는 응답자의 비율이 급격히 줄어들고 있으며 본인이 건강하지 않다고 생각하는 비율이 높은 것으로 조사되어 건강에 대한 주관적 인식에 관한 심도있는 논의가 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과 기혼상태의 남성과 생활비가 높지 않은 경우, 지병이 있는 그룹의 경우 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치며 불규칙한 고용상태 그리고 비정규직이 주관적인 건강상태에 영향을 주는 요인으로 특성별 건강에 관련한 사회적 개입을 고려할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 우리나라의 성인들의 주관적 건강에 대하여 전문적인 개입을 할 수 있는 시설확충이 필요하며, 이를 위해서는 지역사회중심의 집합보건시설의 확충 등을 통하여 보다 선진화된 건강에 대한 다양한 지식과 논의 가 필요함을 알 수 있었다.
