This study focuses on the studies conducted from 2006 to 2016 on the trend analysis of the effect of the application of domestic arts psychotherapy on the psychological support of multi-cultural family. The analysis of data was conducted according to the basic data analysis, study method and study contents. According to the basic data analysis, 72 data were selected to analyze the study method and study contents. The findings are as follows. First, most test groups have 5-10 subjects and most subjects were infants. The most frequent number of arbitrations was 11-15 sessions. Second, the problems were categorized into four elements such as internal elements, external elements, communication elements and negative elements. The analysis showed that the studies related to internal elements showed the highest frequency. In addition, among 25 sub-categories, the study on self-esteem as the dependent variable has the highest weight in the study. According to the results above, the grounds for the application of the effective program was prepared based on the number of subjects, arbitration period, study target by age and analysis of the study problem proper in the field of arts psychotherapy for the psychological support of the multi-cultural family. In addition, based on the problems whose effects were verified, the advantages and validity of the arts psychotherapy are suggested and the direction of the study is discussed.

본 연구는 국내의 다문화가족 심리지원을 위한 예술심리치료 분야에서 2006년부터 2016년까지 실시된 적용효과를 검증한 연구를 중심으로 동향분석을 하였다. 자료 분석은 기초적 자료 분석, 연구방법, 연구내용에 따라 분석하였다. 기초적 자료 분석에 따라 72편을 선정하여 연구방법과 연구내용을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상자 수는 5-10명을 실험집단으로 하는 경우가 가장 많았으며, 연령별 연구대상은 유아동이 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈다. 중재기간은 11-15회기 진행이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 연구문제를 내적요인, 외적요인, 의사소통요인, 부정적 요인의 네 가지로 범주화하여 분석한 결과 내적요인과 관련된 연구가 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈다. 또한 25개 하위범주 중 ‘자아존중감’을 종속변인으로 한 연구가 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있었다. 이상의 결과에 따라 다문화가족 심리지원을 위한 예술심리치료 영역에서 적합한 연구대상 수, 중재기간, 연령별 연구대상, 연구문제 분석내용을 토대로 효과적인 프로그램 적용을 위한 근거를 마련하였다. 또한 효과가 검증된 연구문제를 토대로 예술심리치료의 강점과 적용 타당성을 제시하고 연구 방향을 논의하고자 하였다.
