Cultural contents created within the cultural contents industry can be viewed solely as the products of individual efforts. However, even when cultural contents are expressions of individual creativity, they also reflect objective social tendencies. In creating cultural contents, it is argued that artworks should be considered the culmination of artistic experiences or processes, as well as links essential to social and cultural relations. In particular, it should be remembered that creators of cultural contents go through their training, including socialization, and become active in the arts scene, thus the development of a smooth, communicative relationship with public consumers of cultural contents functions as an important variable. Cultural acts tend to take place within solidarism, the dimension which forms as society members are in reciprocal communication with one other. This is an important aspect of the cultural contents industry. In fact, the topic of solidarism must be dealt with in any discussions regarding the future of the cultural contents industry and its potential for growth.

문화콘텐츠산업에서 문화콘텐츠의 창작 행위는 개인적 산물이라고 생각할 수 있지만 문화콘텐츠의 예 술창작행위가 개인의 창작행위라고 할지라도 사회적 경향을 보여주는 것이다. 문화콘텐츠 창작에서 예 술은 작품의 미적 체험이나 경험의 대상 내지 과정이 중요한데 이러한 것들을 바탕으로 사회적· 문화적 관계에 필수적인 연계로서의 고려가 필요하다. 특히 문화콘텐츠 창작자들이 활동하면서 사회화가 포함 된 훈련 과정을 거치게 되며, 문화콘텐츠를 소비하는 대중들과의 원활한 소통관계가 중요한 변수로 작 동하게 된다는 점을 상기해야 한다. 문화적인 행위들은 그 사회 내에서의 구성원들 간의 소통을 통해서 형성된 사회적 연대의 차원에서 상호작용하면서 작동되는 특성을 가지고 있다. 이런 특성은 문화콘텐츠 산업에서도 마찬가지로 주요한 특성으로 작동하기 때문에 무엇보다도 사회연대주의의 논의는 문화콘텐 츠산업의 발전 가능성에서도 중요한 축을 담당하게 된다.
