This study analyzed on what level the reality therapy collage program development and application considering the characteristics of the students with disabilities has the influence on the career decision-making self efficacy and career decision of the students with disabilities. The reality therapy collage program was developed considering previous studies, logic model, and the characteristics of the students with disabilities, and 12 students with disabilities were composed as the experiment group, and the analysis result of carrying out total 10 times of 120 minutes each on every Thursday from Sep. 2016 is as follows. First, in the lower level factor of career decision self efficacy, self assessment, occupational information, future plan, and career decision self efficacy had positive influence, but did not show statistically significant difference in the goal setting and problem solving. Second, it was found that they have confidence in their career decision by having specific interaction and feedback process among the students with disabilities with various characteristics with specific visualized future plan or self-image. Such result can be said to be that the reality therapy collage career decision program is giving the confidence and conviction to the students with disabilities on the career decision self efficacy and career decision.

본 연구는 장애학생들의 특성을 고려한 현실요법 콜라주프로그램이 진로결정 자기효능 감과 진로결정수준에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 현실요법 콜라주 프로그램 을 개발하기 위해서 선행연구와 로직모델을 기반으로 장애학생의 특성을 고려하여 개발하 였으며, 장애학생 12명을 실험집단으로 구성하여 프로그램을 진행하였다. 이들에게 2016년 9월부터 매주 목요일 120분씩 총 10회기를 콜라주 프로그램을 진행하여 분석결과는 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인에서 자기평가, 직업정보, 미래계획, 진로결 정 자기효능감는 통계적으로 유의한 차를 나타내고 있으나 목표설정과 문제해결에는 통계 적으로 유의한 차를 나타내지 못하고 있었다. 둘째, 다양한 특성을 가진 장애학생들 간의 구체적인 시각화된 콜라주 프로그램으로 진로계획이나 자신의 이미지 상을 바탕으로 상호 작용 및 피드백과정을 가지면서 자신의 진로결정에 확신감을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 현실요법 콜라주프로그램이 장애학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로결정에 대한 자신감과 확신감을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
