The purpose of this study is to analysis of the variables influencing the perception of the necessity of the content elements of life science in the practical arts education. Data from survey is analyzed by applying logistic regression. Results of this study are as follows. First, gender has a significant effect on the necessity of the content elements of life science in the practical arts education. Second, the school location has a significant impact on the necessity of the content elements of life science in the practical arts education. Third, teaching experience and age have significant implications of the necessity for the content elements of life science in the practical arts education. Fourthly, teaching experience have a significant effect on the necessity of the content elements of life science in the practical arts education. Fifth, the level of the importance of focusing on matters related to the cultivation of plants and agriculture, the cultivation of plants, the environmentally-friendly future agriculture is a significant contributor to the necessity of the content elements of life science in the practical arts education. Sixth, A recognized Primary School Teachers of the agriculture related teaching ability has a significant impact on the necessity of the content elements of life science in the practical arts education. seventh, the level of agricultural expression has a significant impact on the need for the content elements of life science in the practical arts education.

실과 교과내 농업(생명과학) 내용의 필요성 여부에 대한 교사의 인식을 조사하기 위하여 개인특성, 실과 교과내 농업생명과학 관련 내용요소의 중요성, 실과 교과내 농업관련 수업을 위한 본인의 현재 및 요구되는 능력 수준, 농업에 대한 인식 수준을 독립변수로 하는 모형에 대한 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 얻어진 연구결과를 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별은 실과 교과내 농업(생명과학) 내용의 필요성 여부에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교 소재지는 실과 교과내 농업(생명과학) 내용의 필요성 여부에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교직경력과 연령은 실과 교과내 농업(생명과학) 내용의 필요성 여부에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 실과 수업 경험은 실과 교과내 농업(생명과학) 내용의 필요성 여부에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 실과교과 농업 관련 내용요소 중, 식물 가꾸기, 동물 돌보기, 친환경 미래 농업 등에 대해 중요하게 생각하는 수준이 실과 교과내 농업(생명과학) 내용의 필요성 여부에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 현재 본인의 실과 교과내 농업 관련 수업 능력을 갖추고 있다는 인식이 실과 교과내 농업(생명과학) 내용의 필요성 여부에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 농업인식 수준이 실과 교과내 농업(생명과학) 내용의 필요성 여부에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
