At present there are many unjust conflicts and inequality between different members of society. The fallout from these conflicts can penetrate the harmony of domestic households. The insecurity of society can thus lead to a multitude of domestic issues. Peace is making harmony without conflict and war. It is balancing elements in order that they reach an equilibrium. In order to make a peaceful world we must first achieve balance and harmony in our own household. Unequal division of responsibilities such as housework, childcare and household harmony. With this in mind, this thesis is to propose adoption of the Family Federation for World Peace and unification(FFWPU) family's expectations. Division of household chores impact the children being raised in those households. Currently women and men both have careers and domestic responsibilities. This leads to serious problems. The results can be seen in low birth rates which puts the country in a perilous situation. So, we are analyzing the issues in order to find solutions that get to the root of the difficulties women in the FFWPU face when juggling between career and home life based around peace theory. Family peace develops when a man and woman work in harmony and share the child rearing responsibilities and grow together through the process. The sharing domestic and childcare responsibilities is the start of a steady change that will lead to familial harmony. Management of both work and domestic care social norms has to change so that they are no longer the sole responsibility for women. Men should be expected to do their fair share too. The male mindset has to adjust to and accept these imperatives of equality. Husband and wife need to communicate clearly and openly with each other. Through mutual respect they can share domestic and childcare responsibilities fairly and responsibly. By this division of responsibility, happy families are created to satisfy both parents and children. Chores and childcare can seem mundane everyday necessities that we repeat almost without thinking, however by performing these tasks with care and sincerity, we hold the key to unlocking the restoration of wider familial and societal community harmony.

현대사회에서 갈등과 불평등, 부정의가 난무하고 있는 것처럼 가정에서도 안전과 평화를 위협하는 다양한 사건이 일어나고 있다. 평화는 갈등과 전쟁이 없이 평온하고 조화를 이루며, 서로 간에 치우침 없이 수평을 이룬 안정의 상태이다. 평화로운 세상을 만들어 가기 위해서는 먼저 가정의 평화가 실현되어야 한다. 가정의 평화를 위협하는 많은 문제는 평범할 수도 있는 가사노동과 육아문제로부터 출발한다. 현대는 남성과 여성 모두가 일과 가정을 양립하면서 가 사분담과 육아의 문제가 심각하게 대두되었고, 그 결과 초저출산이라는 국가적 위기 상황에 놓 여있다. 본 논문에서는 부부의 역할분담에 있어서 여성의 일과 가정의 양립으로 인한 문제들을 살펴보고, 문제점에 대한 분석과 가정연합의 가족관에 담긴 평화사상을 중심으로 그 해결방안 을 찾아보고자 하였다. 가정의 평화는 남자와 여자가 함께 가사노동에 참여하고, 육아와 돌봄 에 공동으로 임하는 작은 변화로부터 시작될 것이다. 일과 가정의 안정적인 양립을 위해서는 남편과 아내가 상호간에 존중하면서 대화하고 가사와 육아에 공동으로 참여함으로써 엄마와 아빠, 자녀 모두가 만족하고 행복한 가정으로 나아가야 한다. 그리고 남성들의 의식도 함께 변 화되어야 한다. 가사노동과 육아는 매일 반복되는 작은 일이지만 진정성을 갖고 실천될 때 행 복한 가정공동체로의 회복과 평화로운 사회로 나아갈 수 있는 열쇠가 될 것이다.
