The population of elderly people in Korea is rapidly increasing due to rapid changes in the social environment of late industrial society. As a result, The number of elderly people entering the elderly care facility has been increasing steadily, so life satisfaction has become a new concern. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to measure the life satisfaction of elderly people living in elderly care facilities with a focus on demographic factors, social and institutional factors. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The relationship between sociodemographic factors and life satisfaction was higher in government subsidies and children 's pocket money than in deposits or savings, In the case of religion, It appeared high more exist than have none. In the relationship between social relations factors and life satisfaction, In the facility appeared more than high exist friends and above five friends than friend none. Facility related factors and life satisfaction were also found to be higher in facilities quality, external environment, internal environment, and programs.
