The study focuses on the study of housing selection standards since the establishment of a housing cooperative. The focus of the study is to analyze the factors influencing the size of the dwelling in order to move the dwelling, and analyze the factors influencing the size of the housing. The results of the first living quarters of the Housing Mobility in the Residential Mobility of the dwelling are as follows : First, the factors that affect the size of the dwelling were carefully derived from 10 variables : the size of the household, the residential area of residence, the satisfaction level of living conditions, the satisfaction level of residential houses, the satisfaction level of residential housing, the number of dwellings in residence, the number of dwellings in the housing, the total amount of residential housing, the total amount of housing, and the commuting time to work. Next, the six variables that affect the extent to which the size of the housing is larger than the current size of the dwelling were carefully derived from six factors : the size of the household, the satisfaction level of residential houses, the satisfaction level of residential houses, the monthly average monthly total income, the monthly average monthly total income, and the total financial assets.

본 연구는 생애최추주택 마련 이후 주택 선택기준에 대해서 연구의 초점을 두고 주거이동시 현재 거주하고 있는 주택규모에 비해 축소하여 이동하는 경우와 확대하여 이동하는 경우로 분석모형을 구축하여 주택규모를 축소하여 이동하는데 영향을 미치는 요인, 확대하여 이동하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 생애최초주택 거주자가 주거이동시 주택규모를 선택하는 성향에 대해서 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 현 주택규모에 비해 축소하여 이동하는데 영향을 미치는 요인으로 가구원수, 거주면적, 거주주택 채광상태 만족도, 거주주택 방음상태 만족도, 거주주택 교육환경 만족도, 거주주택 대중교통 접근용이성, 주택 개보수 횟수, 월평균 주거관리비, 총 부채금액, 직장까지의 통근시간 등 10개 변수가 유의하게 도출되었다. 다음으로 현 주택규모에 비해 확대하여 이동하는데 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 가구원수, 거주주택 채광상태 만족도, 거주주택 방음상태 만족도, 월평균 총소득, 월평균 총 생활비, 총 금융자산 등 6개 변수가 유의하게 도출되었다.
