This thesis researches the concept of creativity and its theoretical background and discovers the main unit that are found in the case study of the National cultural art project - musical project 'Finding nanny'- for the C welfare center in the D district. Based on the fact that the performance was a production of reinterpreted works, the research reviews on how the sub elements of social psychology which are internal/external motives and social environment influence the children's creativity. The case study of 'Finding nanny' created a new kind of structure by changing the perspectives of the orignal piece. Through the process the children developed their ability to create a unique product using their own creativity. Standing apart from the original text requires the need to imagine new ideas and leading to actual activity is the special effect of the work. Through the research we learn that in order to enhance the creativity of children, children's internal/external motivations and the social environment where kids can grow their creativity are important and discerning the area and feild is crucial to manifest creativity as well. If the manifestation of creativity can be encouraged by the family, school, and society, creativity will be apt to utilize as the core competency. Cultural Art education can be a remarkable educational plan as well.

본 연구는 창의성 개념과 이론적 배경을 알아보고, 문화 예술 정책 사업인 서울 D구 소재의 C복지관 뮤지컬 프로젝트 공연의 일환이었던 ‘2013 할머니를 찾습니다.’ 사례를 분석함으로써 작품 속에 드러난 창의성의 중요 요인에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 참여 아동들의 주도로 기존작품을 재해석하여 공연화 시켰다는 특징을 기반으로 참여 아동들의 창의성 을 Amabile의 사회심리학의 하위 요소인 내적·외적 동기, 사회적 환경, 분야와 영역 측면에서 개인의 창의성에 영향을 미치는지를 검토하였다. 예술 활동에 대한 직접 경험은 창의성을 향상시키는 역할을 할 뿐 아니라, 타인에 대한 이해와 관찰을 통해 기존의 아이디어들을 연결하는 과정에서 새로운 것을 창출해 내는 것이다. 사례를 통해 분석한 아동 창작 뮤지컬 ‘2013 할머니를 찾습니다.’는 기존 작품을 이용한 시점 전환을 통해 새로운 시각으로 작품을 구성하고 분석하여 새로운 형태로 만들었다. 이 과정을 통해 아동들은 문 제 상황에서 새롭고 독창적인 산출물을 만들어 내는 능력, 즉 창의성을 발휘하며 그것을 통해 창의성을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 연구를 통하여 창의성을 발현하기 위해서는 아이들의 내적·외적 동기부여가 중요하고, 창의성을 발현하 고 학습할 수 있는 사회적 환경을 제공함이 중요하며, 창의성을 발현하기 위한 분야와 영역의 선정이 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 가정과 학교 및 사회가 창의성을 격려하고 향상시킬 수 있는 환경을 조성할 수 있다면 분명히 창의성은 증진될 수 있는 핵심역량이라고 여긴다. 또한 창의성 향상을 위해 문화예술교 육이 훌륭한 교육 방안이 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
