In this study, we analyze changes in the value added structure of the Korean industries in the period from 1975 to 1980 and from 1985 to 1990 and from 1995 to 2000. As a result of this study, we find that the business status of Korean industries become worse in the period from 1975 to 1980 because of two times oil shocks. In the period from 1980 to 1985 the business status of Korean industries have improved. In the period from 1985 to 1990 the business status of Korean industries have somewhat improved owing to raise in the exchange rates. And during the period from 1981 to 1990, I find that the correlation coefficient between FLE and TLS, TPS is negative. It is means that the bigger industries of the forward linkage effect is the less employment effect and operating surplus. And that the correlation coefficient between TLS, TPS and TKS is positive means the more labor intensive industry is the better total capital loss rate and operating profit. During the period from 1995 to 2000, the correlation coefficient between FLE and TKS is positive, the others are negative. It is means that the bigger industries of the forward linkage effect is the bigger employment effect and operating surplus. Concluding, we find that the industries structure is to be improve after the Korean currency crisis.

본 연구는 우리나라 각 년도별 산업연관표를 이용하여 1975년에서 2000년 사이 부가가치 구 조의 변화를 통하여 우리나라 산업구조를 시계열로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 두 번의 석유파동을 거친 1975 년에서 1980년 사이엔 산업구조가 악화되었으며, 안정성장기인 1980년과 1985년 사이에는 산업구조가 개선되었던 것으로 나타났다. 또한 6․29선언을 전후한 1985년과 1990년 사이의 산업구조는 고임금에 의한 산업구조가 왜곡되었으나 환율에 힘입어 다소 안정을 찾았다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 외환위기를 겪었 던 1995년과 2000년 사이의 산업구조는 환율에 의하여 산업구조가 상당히 왜곡되었던 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 전반적으로 우리나라는 기간 동안 석유파동과 6․29선언 및 외환위기 등을 거치면서 적절한 산 업구조조정을 통하여 산업구조가 소망스러운 방향으로 개선되어 간 것으로 분석되었다.
