This research was started to find the role of Entrepreneurship and Resilience of College Student. It is very important to take a decent job for student after finish all university course. Because of they compete to each other in unstable labor market in Korea. This research was to investigate a mediating effects of resilience on among the role of Entrepreneurship and to challenge taking behavior and career preparation. We used to SPSS statistical analysis program in pursuance of demonstrate these question. The test came up with some interesting results, First, Entrepreneurship’s risk-taking was significantly positive effect to resilience. Second, Entrepreneurship’s innovation and risk-taking to related positive on challenge taking behavior and Entrepreneurship’s initiative and risk-taking to related positive on career preparation. Therefore, Entrepreneurship is partially critical impact factor to enforce resilience, challenge taking behavior, and career preparation. Third, We confirmed that resilience have a meaningful relationship challenge taking behavior and career preparation. Finally, verify to suggested research model, a mediating effects of resilience was tested between entrepreneurship and challenge taking behavior and career preparation. We could find out mediating role of resilience between challenge taking behavior and career preparation.

본 연구는 불확실한 환경 속에서 위험성을 통제하고 안정적 환경으로 전환하는데 있어 어떠한 요인이 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것인가에 대한 의문에서 시작하였다. 특히, 고용시장의 불확실하고 불안정한 상황에서 대학생들의 기업가정신이 변화주동행동과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보았으며, 이들 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개역할을 조명하였다. 분석 결과, 기업가정신의 하위요인인 혁신성과 진취성은 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 위험감수성은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 결과변수인 변화주도행동에는 혁신성과 위험감수성 만이 유의한 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 진로준비행동에는 진취성과 위험감수성 만이 유의한 정적인 영향이 나타났다. 매개변수인 회복탄력성과 결과변수 간의 관계에 있어 회복탄력성은 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 기업가정신의 위험감수성과 결과변수들 간의 관계에서만 부분매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 회복탄력성의 매개효과는 있으나 다만 위험감수성이라는 하위 요인에만 나타나 위험한 환경이나 부정적 스트레스 등을 극복하고 안정적인 상태를 유지하기 위한 노력에 있어 회복탄력성이 매우 중요한 것을 시사하고 있다.
