- The purpose of this study was to established a plan to revitalize youth culture activities in Seoul. Specific goals are as 1) to examined the need for youth 's cultural activities experience, 2) to analyzed the participation conditions and constraints of youth 's cultural activities The results of the study were summarized as follows; First, youth were felt that there was not enough time for cultural activities Second, the appropriateness of the cultural space recognized by adolescents is still insufficient, and the number of people using facilities and places is very limited. Third, youth perception about youth facilities is absent. Fourth, there is a need for opportunities for young people to actively accept information. Fifth, support for the cultural cost of youth is needed.
