In this study, we tried to investigate the correlation to this through the actual situation of social phenomenon and murder crime. With this, fundamental research of criminology was conducted on the characteristics of the murder crime possessed by social phenomena, and trying to be a research for future policy recommendations in order to suppress the murder addiction by this. In-depth analysis was directly analyzed on site and we used cases involving interviews with criminals and cases involving investigation and police crime information system SCAS materials. Each representative case necessary for this research was extracted and analyzed and factors of the analysis explained the growing season of the criminal, the social situation, the family relationship, the factor of triggering the crime, the formation process of the motive of the crime. I explained the factors that affect the formation process of the motives of the crime. In summary of the research results, the common point of murder crime felt my helplessness of social situation and it is displayed in a state that experiences low self-esteem. In economic problems, it was dismantling of the family and it was lacking community awareness with other users via isolated feelings about social relations. Therefore, we have prepared countermeasures.

본 논문은 사회현상과 살인범죄의 실태를 통해 이에 대한 연관성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 사회현상이 갖는 살인범죄의 특성에 대해 범죄학적 기초적인 연구가 되고, 이에 따른 살인중독을 억제하고자 향후 정책적 제언을 위한 연구가 되고자 하였다. 심층 사례 분석은 현장에서 직접 분석하고 범죄자와 면담을 진행한 사건 또는 수사에 관여한 사건 및 경찰범죄정보시스템에 보관된 자료를 토대로 본 연구에 필요한 각 대표적 사례를 추출하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 요인은 범죄자들의 성장기, 사회적 상황, 가족관계, 범죄 촉발요인, 범행동기의 형성과정을 살펴보고, 범행동기의 형성과정에 영향을 주는 요인들을 살펴 보았다. 연구 결과의 요약은 살인범죄자들은 자신이 처한 사회적 상황에 대해 무력감을 느끼면서 동시에 낮은 자존감을 경험하는 상태가 공통적으로 나타났다. 경제적 문제로는 가정의 해체가 일어남으로써 사회적 관계에 대해 고립감 등을 통해 타인과의 공동체적 의식이 결여되는 것이었다. 따라서 이에 따른 대처 방안을 모색하였다.
