The world economy is rapidly moving toward a knowledge-based society and national competitiveness has increased in importance. To secure the national dominant position through the national competitiveness, the cooperation between companies and the universities has been on the rise. Accordingly, the Industry-University Cooperation is booming and, Range is gradually expanding. The government is aware of this situation, for the activation of university-industry cooperation, it amended the “Law on the Promotion of Industrial Education Promotion and university-industry cooperation” in 2003. Later, we are encouraging the activation of university-industry cooperation to enforce a variety of policy. The majority of the University, are trying to build a reflecting faculty personnel system of the university-industry cooperation track record. However, evaluation of industry-university cooperation is showing a lower percentage as compared to the evaluation and through paper. There are studies in order to solve this problem, but it's situation that is not activated. This study to this, to derive the cause of the assessment of the industry-university cooperation of Professor towards the activation of university-industry cooperation, tries to analyze the importance of the factors of evaluation that has been derived.

세계 경제가 기술의 융합화, 정보화 등 현대 산업기술의 특성으로 인하여 급속하게 변하고 있으며, 국가경쟁력의 강화를 통한 국가적 우위를 선점하기 위하여 개방형 혁신정책의 일환으로서 대학의 연구역량을 이용한 대학과 기업 간 산학협력 활동이 증가하는 추세에 있다. 이에 따라 산학협력활동이 활발해지고 있으며, 범위가 점차 확장되고 있다. 이와 같은 상황을 인지하고 정부는 산학협력의 활성화를 위하여 2003년 “산업교육진흥 및 산학협력촉진에 관한 법률”을 개정하였다. 이후 다양한 정책들을 시행하여 산학협력의 활성화를 장려하고 있다. 대다수의 대학은 산학협력실적을 반영하는 교원 인사제도 구축을 시도하고 있다. 하지만 산학협력에 관한 평가가 논문을 통한 평가에 비하여 낮은 비율을 보이고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 연구가 있으나 활성화되어있지 않은 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 산학협력 활성화를 위하여 교원의 산학협력에 관한 평가요인을 도출하고 도출된 평가요인 배점의 적절성을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 산학협력 활성화를 위한 산학협력 업적평가 제도의 기틀을 마련 할 것으로 기대되며, 앞으로 일반교원 및 산학협력 중점교수의 산학협력활동에 대한 합리적인 평가에 대한 Guideline을 제시함으로써 산학협력의 활성화에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 기대 된다.
