Dance education should develop personally according to students and the purpose of the learning students. The dance education of the physical education institute should start from the characteristic of the school and the education should be carried out according to the goal of human resource development. This paper explores the reform and innovation of national nonofficial dance education methods of the dance major of the physical education academy through the case of the private dance class of the jang jok dance from the viewpoint of the dance education. How should we train dancers in physical education institutes? How should you apply to your current job trend? How can we bring out the student's subjective activity? National civilian dance teacher requires self - reform and innovation in education methods. In education, 'guidance' should replace 'passing down' form of education in the traditional concept, and substitute a single 'imitation' form of education through 'interaction' between teacher and student. Students should develop students' interest in learning and independent thinking and creative ability. Students should be able to learn technical skills at the same time, increase their interest in learning, and apply learned theoretical knowledge and practical education practically to the needs of acting, creative writing, education, and job hunting trends.

무용교육은 배우는 대상과 대상의 목적에 따라 개성적으로 발전해야 한다. 체육학원의 무용 교육은 학교의 특색으로부터 출발, 인재 양성의 목표에 따라 교육이 진행되어야 할 것이다. 본문은 무용 교육학 의 시각에서 장족무용의 민간 무용수업의 사례를 통해, 체육학원 무용연기 전공의 민족민간 무용수업 교육 방법 개혁과 혁신을 탐구 분석하고자 한다. 체육학원에서의 무용인재는 어떻게 양성해야 하는가? 현재의 구직 추세에 어떻게 적용 해야 하는가? 학생의 주관적인 능동성을 어떻게 발휘하게 할 수 있는 가? 민족 민간 무용전공 교사는 교육 방법에 있어 자기만의 개혁과 혁신이 필요하다. 교육에 있어 교사 의 ‘인도’는 전통적 개념에 있어서의 ‘전수’ 형태의 교육을 대체하고, 교사와 학생의 ‘상호작용’을 통해 단 일적인 ‘모방’의 교육형태를 대체해야 한다. 학습에 대한 학생의 흥미 및 독립적 사고와 창작능력을 양성 해야한다. 학생으로 하여금 기술적인 기교를 익히게 하는 동시에 학습에 대한 흥미를 증가시키고, 학습 한 이론 지식과 실용적인 교육을 연기·창작·교육에 응용, 구직 추세의 수요에 실질적으로 적용해야 한다.
