The purpose of this research is to examine the distance education for teachers environment and readiness for learning of participating teachers and to identify the effects of distance education for teachers environment and readiness for readiness for learning of participating teachers of teacher efficacy. For this, a survey was concluded on 496 teachers at preschool, elementary, middle and high school nationwide. Through the study, First of all, it showed that the consumer factors course operating and contents factor out of the lower factors of distance education for teacher environment had a static impact on the teacher efficacy and second, online communication skill, learning transfer ability, self-directedness, love for learning, out of the readiness for learning of teachers participating in the distance education for teachers had a static impact on the teacher efficacy. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to establish an effective training environment for learners and improve the readiness of participating teachers prior to the implementation of distance teacher training.

본 연구는 원격교원연수의 환경과 원격교원연수 참여교사의 학습준비성을 알아보고, 원격교원연수 환경과 원격교원연수 참여교사의 학습준비성이 교사효능감에 미친 영향을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 있는 유치원과 초・중・고등학교 교사 496명을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 연구를 통하여 첫째, 원격교원연수 환경의 하위변인 중 수요자, 과정운영, 콘텐츠 요인이 교사효능감에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 원격교원연수 참여교사의 학습준비성의 하위변인인 온라인 의사소통능력, 학습전이능력, 자기주도성, 학습사랑이 교사효능감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구를 통하여 원격교원연수의 실시에 앞서 효과적인 연수 환경을 구축하고 참여교사의 학습준비성을 높여주기 위한 노력이 필요함을 알 수 있었고, 학습자 중심의 시스템 개발의 필요성을 제안하였다.
