The purpose of this study is to develop Korea-Collegiate Core Competencies Assessment(K-CCCA) that complements the problems of several developed provisional assessment tools and more strongly reflects the competent elements required by the current age. To derive the core competency constructs required for university students, firstly we reviewed many literatures and documents on the core competency elements of future capable people in a comprehensive way, comparing and analyzing constructs of competency diagnostic assessment tools for domestic and foreign university students. After reviewing the literature, we developed a questionnaire for conducting a preliminary test to 120 college students in a 4-year course in Seoul. And then refined data, 961 students in main survey were conducted to confirm of assessment tool items. Through analyses of item and exploratory factor analysis, it verified the validity of the constructs. Consequently, 178 diagnostic items were deduced which led to define 6 core competency domains : Career development competence, Self - management competence, Knowledge exploration competence, Creative and convergent thinking competence, Communication competence, Ethical behavior and collaborative competence. The results of exploratory factor analysis derived that the sub - factors were extracted based on the theory as a whole and item composition by factors provided a reasonable result to satisfy the criteria. The inter-factor correlation showed a partially high correlation with .691-.367, but it was generally adequate and cronbach’s α, the reliability coefficient between the items, showed high reliability as .85-.90. Korea-Collegiate Core Competencies Assessment(K-CCCA) provided through this research results can be used to construct a core competency curriculum and evaluates and feedbacks its educational performance to utilize organic education performance system establishment. In addition, it will be able to induce self-development and effective learning by presenting and evaluating core competencies that university students should have as future human resources.

본 연구는 기존 검사도구들의 문제점을 보완하고 현시대가 요구하는 인재상을 보다 강력하게 반영한 대학생용 핵심역량 진단 검사도구(K-CCCA)를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 먼저 대학생에게 요구되는 핵심역량을 도출하기 위해 미래 인재가 갖추어야할 역량에 대한 문헌을 탐색하고, 국내·외 대학생용 역량 진단검사의 구성요소를 비교분석하여 핵심역량을 도출하였다. 이후 문헌고찰을 통해 문항을 개발하여 서울 소재 4년재 대학의 대학생 120명을 대상으로 예비검사를 실시하고, 문항 수정 후 961명을 대상으로 본 검사를 실시하였다. 문항분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 통하여 구성타당도를 확인하였으며, 최종적으로 6개의 핵심역량(진로개발과 자기관리역량, 지식탐구역량, 창의·융합적 사고역량, 의사소통역량, 글로컬 시민역량, 그리고 윤리적 행동과 협업역량)으로 구성된 178문항의 검사가 되었다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과는 전반적으로 이론에 근거하여 하위요인이 추출되었으며, 요인별 문항 구성도 타당하게 나타났다. 요인 간 상관은 .691-.367로 일부 높은 상관을 보였으나 대체적으로 적절하게 나타났으며, 문항 간 신뢰도 계수인 Cronbach’s α도 .85-.90으로 높은 신뢰도를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 마련되는 진단도구는 핵심역량교육과정을 구성하고 그 교육적 성과를 평가하여 피드백 하는 유기적인 교육성과체제를 구축하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 더불어 대학생들에게 미래 인재로서 갖추어야 할 핵심역량을 구체적으로 제시하고 평가해줌으로써 자기개발과 효과적인 학습을 유도할 수 있을 것이다.
