The purpose of this study was to reveal if the community child center’s service satisfaction perceived by children had the moderating effect in the effect relationship of the depression and aggression of children using the community child center in the economically poor condition, and to reveal if the community child center’s service satisfaction perceived by children had the moderating effect in the effect relationship of the depression and ego resilience in order to confirm the efficacy of the community child center service. 606 4th-grade students in elementary school who were using the community child center for over a year until 2014 were analyzed by means of the 1st survey data of 2014 community child center panel survey of National Youth Policy Institute(NYPI). As a result of confirming the moderating effect of the community child center’s service in the effect of children’s depression on the aggression, it was revealed the aggression decreased when the depression interacted with the community child center service satisfaction. In other words, the satisfactory service of the community child center relieved the aggression by moderating the children’s depression. As a result of confirming the moderating effect of the community child center’s service in the effect of the children’s depression on the ego resilience, it was shown the ego resilience heightened when the depression interacted with the community child center service satisfaction. The practical implication for raising the efficacy of the community child center operation was suggested based on this study result.

본 연구는 경제적으로 취약한 상태에 놓여 있는 지역아동센터 이용 아동의 우울과 공격성 의 영향관계에서 아동이 지각하는 지역아동센터 서비스 만족이 조절효과를 가지는지, 그리고 우울과 자아탄력성의 영향관계에서 아동이 지각하는 지역아동센터 서비스 만족이 조절효과를 가지는지를 밝힘으로써 지역아동센터서비스의 효과성을 확인하고자 하였다. 분석 대상은 한국 청소년정책연구원(National Youth Policy Institute: NYPI)의 지역아동센터 패널조사 2014년도 1차 조사 데이터를 사용하여 2014년 현재 1년 이상 지역아동센터를 이용하고 있는 초등학교 4학 년생 606명이다. 분석결과 지역아동센터 이용 아동이 우울할수록 공격성이 높고 자아탄력성은 낮게 나타났다. 지역아동센터 서비스에 덜 만족할수록 공격성이 높게 나타났으며, 만족스러울 수록 자아탄력성은 높게 나타났다. 아동의 우울이 공격성에 미치는 영향에서 지역아동센터 서 비스의 조절효과를 확인해 본 결과, 우울과 지역아동센터서비스만족이 상호작용하였을 때 공 격성을 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 다시 말해 지역아동센터의 만족스러운 서비스는 아동의 우울 을 조절하여 공격성을 완충하였다. 아동의 우울이 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향에서 지역아동센 터 서비스의 조절효과를 확인해 본 결과, 우울과 지역아동센터 서비스 만족이 상호작용하였을 때 자아탄력성을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 지역아동센터운영의 효과성을 높이기 위한 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.
