The purpose of this study is to define the moderating effect of citizenship behavior in a relationship between social formality and relationship-oriented culture on members of golf driving range. To this end, this study extracted 400 samples from a golf driving range in Yongin region, and used survey of 346 members for actual analysis excluding the surveys with unfaithful answer or double entry. Questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and conducted frequency analysis and moderator regression analysis for statistics method to analyze the collected data. This study drew the following result through the series of efforts. It was identified that subfactors of organizational citizenship behavior as altruistic, caring, legitimate, conscientious, and participatory behavior have moderating effect in a relationship between social formality and relationship-oriented culture of golf driving range members.

본 연구의 목적은 골프연습장의 회원들을 대상으로 사회격식성과 관계지향문화의 관계에서 조직시민행동 조절효과를 규명하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 용인지역 골프연습장 회원 400명의 표본을 추출하였으며, 이중 불성실한 응답이나 이중기입 등 잘못된 설문지를 제외하고, 346명을 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 자료수집을 위한 도구는 설문지이며, 수집된 자료를 분석하기위한 통계기법은 빈도분석과 조절회귀분석이다. 이와 같은 일련의노력으로 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 골프연습장의 회원들을 대상으로 사회격식성과 관계지향문화의 관계에서 조직시민행동의 하위 요인인 이타주의적, 배려적, 정당한, 양심적, 참여적 행동이 조절효과가 있다.
