The purpose of this study was to examine the validity of research model(figure 1) based on the developing personal value system and HMIEM(Hierarchical Model of Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation). This study conducted a questionnaire survey with 228 physical education golf class student through SEM(Structural Equation Model) proved the research model. The result showed that relatedness affected intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Although intrinsic motivation had a positive impact on the sport values, extrinsic motivation didnt affect sport values. And the gender difference was observed on the impact of each latent variable. The effect on each factor loading, Relatedness → Intrinsic Motivation, Intrinsic Motivation → Sport Value, girls was higher than boys. But boys had higher factor loading which was the path to the extrinsic motivation → sport than girls. Since the sports values was formed depending on the gender, we should apply intervention strategies and the consideration of this teaching strategies.

본 연구의 목적은 사회심리학의 가치관 형성모형과 스포츠심리학의 HMIEM모형을 바탕으로 구성된 <그림 1>의연구모형의 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 교양 골프수업 수강생 228명을 대상으로 구조방정식모형을 통해 연구모형을 검증하였다. 그 결과 관계성은 내적동기와 외적동기에 정적 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 내적동기는 스포츠가치관에 긍정적 영향력이 존재하였지만, 외적동기가 스포츠가치관에 미치는 영향력은 존재하지 않았다. 그리고 성별에 따라 각 잠재요인에 미치는 영향력 차이가 존재하였다. 관계성 → 내적동기, 내적동기 → 스포츠가치관에 미치는 영향력은 여학생이 남학생보다 높았으며, 외적동기 → 스포츠가치관에 미치는 영향력은 남학생이 여학생보다 통계적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교양수업 참여 학생의 스포츠가치관은 성별에 따라 다르게 형성되므로 이를 고려한 수업전략과 중재전략을 적용해야 할 것이다.
