The purpose of this study is to develop ‘Achievement standards of Assessment Criteria’ and ‘Assessment Standards’ in 'The World of Technology' of Practical Arts in 2015 Revised Curriculum. 'Achievement Standards of Assessment Criteria' is to provide guidance on what the student should study and accomplish in consideration of the specific Assessment situation in the school. The teacher has reconstructed curriculum achievement standards to provide more specific guidance on what to teach and evaluate. 'Assessment Standards' is the level of achievement (upper / middle / lower) of the qualitative difference by describing the characteristics of what students know and can do for each Achievement standards. In this study, 'Achievement standards of Assessment Criteria' and 'Assessment standards' were developed in order of analysis of 2015 revised curriculum, establishment of development area, elicitation of standard, and confirmation of finalization(field suitability review). It is expected that the 'Assessment criteria achievement standards' and 'Assessment standards' developed will be utilized in four aspects as follows. First, it will be used as a basis for improving understanding of curriculum achievement standards and reconstructing educational content. Second, it will be used for teaching design and information related to teaching and learning. Third, it will be used to determine the student 's attainment of achievement standards as a criterion of Assessment in the unit school. Fourth, it will be used as a basis for setting evaluation items and setting scoring criteria.

이 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 실과교육과정에 터해 가르치고 배워야 할 내용과 그것의 성취 정도를 판단하기 위한 도구로서 ‘평가준거 성취기준’과 ‘평가기준’을 개발하는 것이다. ‘평가준거 성취기준’이란 단위 학교의 평가 상황을 고려하여 학생 입장에서 무엇을 공부하고 성취해야 하는지, 교사 입장에서 무엇을 가르치고 평가해야 하는지에 관한 구체적인 안내로서 교육과정 성취기준을 재구성한 것이다. ‘평가기준’이란 각 성취기준별로 학생들이 무엇을 알고, 무엇을 할 수 있는지에 대한 특성을 설명하여 질적 차이를 수준(상/중/하)으로 나타낸 것이다. 이 연구에서 ‘평가준거 성취기준’ 및 ‘평가기준’은 교육과정 분석, 개발영역 설정, 기준안 도출, 최종안 확정의 연구 절차를 통해 개발되었다. 개발된 ‘평가준거 성취기준’ 및 ‘평가기준’은 다음과 같이 4가지 측면에서 활용 될 것으로 기대된다. 첫째, 교육과정 성취기준에 대한 이해 제고 및 교육 내용 재구성의 바탕으로 활용될 것이다. 둘째, 교수학습 관련 정보 및 학생 수준을 고려한 수업 설계에 활용될 것이다. 셋째, 단위학교에서 이루어지는 평가의 준거로서 성취기준에 대한 학생의 도달 정도 판단에 활용될 것이다. 넷째, 단위학교에서 평가 문항 제작 및 채점 기준 설정의 근거로 활용될 것이다.
