This study aims to provide the basic structure for investigating the direction of creative beauty design as the new attempt and approach creating idea through story colors. As the methodology, 3 poems on nature by Jeong Jiyong emphasizing the visualization in poems were selected. The analysis results are presented below. first, The story colors in the poem ‘Hongchun’ were R, YR, Y, G and BG and the tones were s, dp, dl, sf, pl, gy and dkgy. The base color was Y/sf and the assort colors included YR/dl, Y/wh, Y/dl, G/pl, G/dkgy, and BG/gy. R/basic color and R/dp were used as the accent color. The poems expressed pastoral and naive image and temperate image. Second, The story colors in the poem ‘Sea 1’ were Y, G, BG, B, P and N and tones were wh, lt, dk, dp, basic color and neutral tones. The base color was B/wh and assort colors included G/wh, G/lt, G/basic color, G/dk, P/dp, P/lt, P/wh, N9 and N6. Y/wh and N9.5 were used as the accent color. Emotional coloration expressed dynamic but composed image. Third, The story colors in the poem ‘Rain’ were YR, Y, GY and N. ‘Rain’ selected sf, dp, dl, dk, dkgy and neutral tones. The base color was neutral tone and the assort colors included GY/sf, Y/sf, GY/dl, GY/dkgy and Y/dk. YR/dp was arranged with other colors as the accent color. Emotional coloration described the scenery when it rained as bleak and quiet image. This study proposed the diversity in expression and new approach of thinking colors in beauty design by producing emotional coloration design through the analysis on story colors in poems.

본 연구는 스토리컬러를 통한 아이디어 발상의 새로운 시도와 방법으로 창의적인 뷰티디자인의 방향성을 모색하는 기초적인 토대를 마련하고자 하는 목적을 가진다. 연구방법은 시의 시각화를 중시한 정지용의 시 중 자연을 소재로 한 3편의 시를 선정하여 연구하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘홍춘’의 스토리컬러 분석색채는 R, YR, Y, G, BG 색상과 s, dp, dl, sf, pl, gy, dkgy의 톤으로 구성되었다. 기조색은 Y/sf로, 보조색은 YR/dl, Y/wh, Y/dl, G/pl, G/dkgy, BG/gy을, 강조색은 R/기본, R/dp으로 배색하였다. 전체적으로 전원적이고 소박한 이미지와 절제된 이미지를 표현하였다. 둘째, ‘바다 1’은 Y, G, BG, B, P, N의 색상과 기본, wh, lt, dk, dp, Neutral 톤으로 구성되었다. 기조색은 B/wh, 보조색은 G/wh, G/lt, G/기본, G/dk, P/dp, P/lt, P/wh, N9, N6을, 강조색은 Y/wh, N 9.5로 배색하였다. 감성배색은 역동적이면서도 차분한 이미지로 표현하였다. 셋째, ‘비’의 스토리컬러 분석색채는 YR, Y, GY, N색상과 sf, dp, dl, dk, dkgy 톤, Neutral 톤으로 구성되었다. 기조색은 neutral tone, 보조색은 GY/sf, Y/sf, GY/dl, GY/dkgy, Y/dk, 강조색은 YR/dp를 배색하였다. 감성배색이미지는 비가 오는 정경을 스산하면서도 고요한 이미지로 표현하였다. 시를 통해 스토리컬러를 분석하고 감성배색 디자인을 시도하여 뷰티디자인의 새로운 발상법과 표현의 다양성을 제시하였다.
