As the recent industrial environment changes into a fusion of the future industry, security risks from various areas are occurring. Due to the changes in security risks, the industry is faced with limitations in responding to security incidents as part of existing security measures and feels the need for industrial security professionals capable of multi-dimensional security measures design. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed the research of previous research related to required capacity and job recruitment in recent industrial security related field, and derived occupation and required capacity of industrial security expert. Through results of this paper to present intuitive standards for training specialized human resources, it is expected that it will be able to contribute to the training of effective industrial security experts, furthermore at the national level industry It is expected that it can contribute to the improvement of the security level.

최근 산업환경이 미래 산업융합환경으로 변화함에 따라 다양한 영역으로부터의 보안위험이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 보안위험의 변화로 인해 산업현장에서 기 존의 단편적인 보안대책으로 보안 사고를 대응하는데 한계를 느끼고 있으며, 다 차원적 보안대책 설계가 가능한 산업보안 전문인력의 필요성을 느끼고 있다. 하 지만 산업보안 전문인력 양성을 위한 요구역량이 명확하게 정립되지 않아 인력 양성 및 전문인력 적합도 판별에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 요구역량 관련 선행연구 조사와 최근 산업보안 유관분야의 채용공고를 분석하여 산업보안 전문인력 직업군(群)과 요구역량을 도출하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 전 문인력 양성을 위한 직관적인 기준을 제시함에 따라 효과적인 산업보안 전문인 력 양성에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상되며, 나아가 국가 차원의 산업보안 수준 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
