This study's object is to seek the possibility of the class for the history of the French literature as the liberal arts in the example class of that is already performed by this author. is composed of the Cartesian cogito and the Lacan’s contre-cogito. Between the “cogito ergo sum”(Descartes) and the “I exists where I’m not thinking”(Lacan), where is our ‘ego’/self? The ego/self, what is it? Questioning and seeking the response in the history of the French literature, it is the object of the class . This class is therefore to be the one of the liberal arts in college. In the liberal arts that is performed for the life of the responsible and critic human being to the environment’s changes, the self introspection is the basic. This study that is the field of finding out the easier instructional method started from the already performed class, is the start line of the instructional method of the history of the French literature around the topic of the subject in college.

본고는 논자가 2015년 가을학기 부산대학교 교양과목으로 개설한 <나를 찾아 떠나는 프랑스문학 산책> 수업 구성 사례를 통해, 전공과목이 아닌 대학교양과목으로서 프랑스문학사 교수-학습 가능성을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. <나를 찾아 떠나는 프랑스문학 산책>은 프랑스가 무엇보다 데카르트와 라깡의 나라라는 데 주목함으로써 구성된 강좌이다. “생각한다 그러므로 존재한다”와 “나는 […] 생각하지 않는 곳에서 존재한다”의 사이, 우리의 ‘나’는 어디에 있는가. 그 ‘나’는 누구이며 무엇이어야 하는가. 이 물음을 프랑스문학작품을 통해 던지면서 답을 모색해가는 것, 이것이 <나를 찾아 떠나는 프랑스 문학 산책> 강좌의 목표이다. 그러므로, 이 강좌는 태생적으로 융합적이고 인문적이어야 하는 대학교양교육의 한 강좌로 자리잡아야 할 필요가 있는 것이다. 변화에 대해 비판적으로 대응할 수 있는 책임감 있는 인간존재의 삶을 위해 이행되어야 하는 교양교육에 있어서 ‘나’에 대한 성찰은 그 근간이 될 것이기 때문이다. 따라서 본고는 이미 시행된 수업 사례를 바탕으로 보다 접근이 쉬운 강좌 구성 모색의 당위를 도출하는 장으로서, 보다 완성도 높은 대학교양교육으로서의 ―주체의 문제를 중심으로 하는― 프랑스문학사 수업 구성을 위한 출발점이 될 것이다.
