The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of father attachment as perceived by adolescents on exerted experience of school violence, and to verify the mediating effect on interpersonal relationship. Data was collected from 259 samples at middle schools located in Gyeonggi Province. The researcher used SPSS 20.0 in analyzing the data and performed frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. Sobel test was performed after the examining three steps of Baron & Kenny(1986). The main results of the research are summarized as follows. Firstly, father attachment as perceived by adolescents had significant effect on exerted experience of school violence. Secondly, father attachment as perceived by adolescents had significant influence on interpersonal relationship. Thirdly, interpersonal relationship was shown to has significant impact on exerted experience of school violence. The interpersonal relationship has partial mediating effect between the father attachment as perceived by adolescents and exerted experience of school violence. This study explained the implications and limitations of the findings at the practical levels and finally made a number of suggestions for practice in social welfare.

본 연구는 학교폭력가해경험에 대한 청소년이 지각한 부(父)애착의 영향력을 검증하고 대인관계의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 경기지역의 중학교 280명의 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사 하여 최종 259명을 분석하였다. 자료 분석방법은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석과 매개효과 검증을 위해 Sobel 검증을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 청소년이 지각한 부(父)애착이 대인관계와 학교폭력가해경험에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 청소년이 지각한 부(父)애착은 학교폭력가해경험에, 대인관계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 대인관계도 학교폭력가해경험에 유의한 영향을 미치었다. 대인관계의 매개효과를 Sobel 검증한 결과 청소년이 지각한 부(父)애착과 학교폭력가해경험 관계에서 부분 매개효과로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구결과와 선행연구의 일치성 여부 등에 대한 논의 및 실천적 함의, 연구의 한계를 설명하고 사회복지 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.
