The purpose of this study is to improve the consciousness of dance major and improve career awareness, to develop future career education and dance course, to collect information about career and job, And the influence of dance on the perception of dance. The results are first, Career vocational education experience showed the highest contribution to career decision will, and showed relative contribution in order of job preference education and career career understanding. second, The results of the change in perception of career education and dance class showed that career preference education has the highest contribution to the change of perception of dance class due to career career understanding, career vocational education experience, career preference education which is a subordinate factor of career education, Education experience and job career understanding. Third, as a result of the covariance analysis, the effect of career career understanding, career vocational education experience and job preference education, which are sub - factors of career education. Fourth, the effects of career educa-tion, which is an independent variable for changes in perception of dance, peer recognition, leader perception, participation perception, learning habit, and perception of continuity. Multiple regression analysis was performed to test the influence of variables, and the effect of independent variables was tested by controlling covariance analysis (ANCOVA), which is a combination of regression analysis and variance analysis.

본 연구는 무용전공자의 진로에 대한 올바른 의식개선과 함께 앞으로의 진로교육 및 무용 수업 과정을 개발하고, 진로 및 직업에 대한 정보를 수집하여 미래의 진로를 준비하는 무용 전공자에게 진로교육이 진로결정의지와 무용수업의 인식의 변화에 어떠한 영향 관계가 있는지를 확인하는 연구이다. 결과는 첫째, 진로직업교육체험이 진로결정의지에 대해 가장 높은 기여도를 보였으며, 직업선호도교육과 진로직업이해의 순으로 상대적 기여도를 보여주었다. 둘째, 진로교육과 무용수업인식 변화에 대한 영향력의 결과는 진로교육의 하위요인인 진로직업이해, 진로직업교육체험, 직업선호도교육으로 직업선호도교육이 무용수업인식 변화에 대해 가장 높은 기여도를 보였으며, 진로직업교육체험과 진로직업이해의 순으로 상대적 기여도를 보여주었다. 셋째, 매개변수인 진로결정의지를 통제하여 진로교육의 하위요인인 진로직업이해, 진로직업교육체험과 직업선호도교육의 효과를 공분산분석으로 검정한결과는 진로직업이해에 따른 변화가 나타났다. 넷째, 진로결정의지를 통제하여 종속변수인 무용수업인식 변화의하위요인인 수업인식, 동료인식, 지도자인식, 참여인식, 학습습관, 지속성인식의 변화에 대한 독립변수인 진로교육의 효과를 검정하였다. 변수 간의 영향력 검정하는 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 회귀분석과 분산분석을 결합한방법인 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하여 매개변수를 통제하여 독립변수의 효과를 검정하였다.
