The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of career - oriented students `attitude toward school life and job commitment on the performance of arts major including dance major. Research career orientation of the sub-variable safety-oriented to study the differences in school satisfaction and work commitment according to career orientation, technology-oriented, self-oriented, management-oriented, business-oriented and multi-order to test the influence of each variable chamber was a regression analysis, performed by a non-hierarchical cluster analysis was subjected members disposed ANOVA after divided into three groups as follows. first. The career orientation showed the highest influence on management-oriented school life satisfaction, factors affecting employment were willing to technology-oriented and business-oriented. second. School Life Satisfaction with career orientation was shown above the low-population groups with high career orientation, career orientation with high population appeared to be higher than the employment of low population. third. School Life Satisfaction of the career orientation high group were Grade 4> Grade 1> Grade 2> and the order of the third grade, fourth grade that employment> Grade 2> Grade 1> appeared in the order of three grades, career orientation is low the difference between groups grade 1> grade 2> grade 3> order of grade fourth grade were different.

본 연구는 무용전공　포함　실용예술 전공 학생의 학년별 경력지향성에 따른 학교생활만족도와 취업의지에 대한영향 관계를 연구하였다. 경력지향성의 하위변수인 안전지향, 기술지향, 자율지향, 관리지향, 사업지향과 각 변수들의 영향력을 검정하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실하였고, 비계층적 군집분석을 실시하여 3개의 집단으로 분류한후에 일원배치분산분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 경력지향성이 학교생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 관리지향이 가장 높게 나타났고, 취업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 기술지향과 사업지향으로 나타났다. 둘째. 경력지향성에 따른 학교생활만족도는 경력지향성이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 높게 나타났으며, 취업의지는 경력지향성이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째. 경력지향성이 높은 집단의 학교생활만족도는 4학년〉1학년〉2학년〉3학년의 순이고, 취업의지는 4학년〉2학년〉1학년〉3학년의 순으로 나타났으며, 경력지향성이 낮은집단은 1학년〉2학년〉3학년〉4학년의 순으로 학년 간의 차이는 다르게 나타났다.
