At this study, I plan to analyze the efficiency in terms of managing the teams of Self Support Center in Daejon and Sejong and suggest the alternative ways to evaluate the Centers throughout Choongnam. I want to show the efficiency of sales result in accordance to the input budget and persons by the management teams. The existing way of evaluation has depended on whether they reach their goals or not. Even though after-evaluation is more crucial, it hasn't suggested the direction to improve after the evaluation. In spite of the different numbers of persons and budget by regions and sizes, the important thing is just the final result ,no matter what. So, in order to improve better ideas, I used DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA) which examines the effectiveness of the outputs divided by the inputs. As one of the welfare workers who work in the actual field, I intend to find alternative ways to pass the actual limits. It doesn't mean that I change the existing way of evaluation but it can be a clear indicator to use for the regional Self Support Centers after revelation. By putting money and persons, it's necessary for more centers to enhance efficiency through inefficiency that we have gone through. We need to generalize this formula in operating a lot of Self Support Centers and organizations in the future.

충남, 대전, 세종지역 자활센터 사업단 효율성을 분석하고, 성과 평가에 효율성 분석 적용을 제안하고자 한다. 효율성은 사업단별 매출 결과를 인원과 투입 예산(사업비)으로 분석 한다. 지금까지는 평가지표의 달성 여부만 평가하였고, 평가 이후 지역자활센터의 자활근로 사업단에 대한 개선점을 제시할 수 없었다. 현 평가에서는 지역별, 규모별, 예산과 인원에 대한 투입 요소가 다름에도 불구하고 이를 고려하지 않고 생산물에 대한 결과 평가를 하고 있다. 평가 이후 개선점을 제시 할 수 있도록, 결과의 산출물을 투입으로 나눠서 효율성을 검증하는 DEA를 이용했다. 본 연구는 투입물과 결과를 비교한 효율성 검증을 통해 현장의 지역자활센터 실무자가 느꼈던 평가의 한계점을 보완하여 개선책이 요구되도록 구성되었다. 인력과 사업비를 투입으로, 매출액을 산출물로 보고 DEA를 활용한 분석결과 각 사업단별 효율성을 제시했다. 효율성 기준 제시로 비효율성 제거에 대한 대안이 제시되었다. 향후 보다 많은 사업단과 지역자활센터 운영에 대한 효율성 결과를 일반화 시킬 필요가 있다.
