- Peter Singer is one of the influential person that represents the most famous contemporary moral philosopher. He was been suggesting the philosophy regarding equality of life. He said, but, equality of life must be distinguished equality of human life. He claims this as specism because dividing humans and animals based on human character can't be accepted in his argument. For him, only reason to discriminatory considerations is that whether have sentience. This argument was controversial. Someone has called animalist that equates human right to animal right. He, Of course, will agree that animal right is better than now. However, we think about his position. He is not claiming reverse discrimination against human beings, and, In fact, he is not treat as animal as human. In relation to issue to consideration of interesting, he was to establish certain standards. We should not forget that he is utilitarian.
