Also due by dual-income families and it increased dramatically reduced the number of children in Japan, have higher affinity for children’s day care nursery for a long time than is possible in a short time child care birth to kindergarten can increase the problem of waiting children in nursery schools. To solve this problem, early childhood education facilities kindergarten and nursery school two kinds of the form separated by coming the concept is constantly claim that centralized reservation in the should not perspective eh gap between each other, and the children tried going to unify the education and care of this has been performed constantly. The purpose of this study was to match the changes in child care and early childhood education in Korea and features of the training system aims to offer direction for the move to dual training system of child care and early childhood education. In order to achieve these objectives, first, we examined the looks and features of the infant care teacher training courses in Japan, a similar pattern in early childhood education situation in South Korea. Second, after looking the nature of training courses in child care and early childhood teachers in Korea third, proposed for the care and training courses in Japan and South Korea improved to go forward in the dual training system by comparing the direction of the kindergarten teachers.

일본에서 또한 어린이 수의 격감과 맞벌이 가정이 증가함으로 인하여, 보육 시간이 짧은 유치원보다는 어린이의 장시간 보육이 가능한 보육소에 대한 선호도가 높아지고 있어 보육소의 대기아동의 증가라는 문제를 낳고 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 유아교육시설이 유치원과 보육소라는 2가지 형태로 분리되어 서로 간에 격차가 생겨서는 안된다는 관점에서 유보일원화라는 개념이 끊임없이 주장되어 오고 있고, 유아교육과 보육을 일원화해 가려는 노력이 끊임없이 시행되고 있다. 이러한 점은 한국과 아주 유사한 이원화체제를 갖고 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 한국의 보육 및 유아교육의 특징과 양성체제의 변화에 맞춰 보육 및 유아교육의 이원화 에 대한 양성체제가 나아갈 방향에 대해 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저, 한국의 유아교육 상황에 있어서 비슷한 양상을 보이는 일본의 보육 및 유아교사 양성과정의 특징을 살펴보고 둘째, 한국의 보육 및 유아교사의 양성과정의 특성을 살펴본 후 셋째, 일본과 한국의 보육 및 유아교사의 양성과정의 비교를 통해 이원화된 양성체제의 앞으로 나아가야할 개선방향에 대해 제안 하였다.
