Today, the Japanese government claim that Dokdo is Japan’s territory. The Study Group of Takeshima Problems Rsearch supports Japanese government’s logic. Meiji government said Ulleungdo and Dokdo is not Japanese territory in the “Taejeonggwan Official Document” yourself. The Study Group of Takeshima Problems Rsearch hated “Taejeonggwan Official Document”. Japanese civilians demanded the Island pioneer to the central Japanese government from the 1860s. The central Japanese government accepted that Dokdo and Ulleung Island are korean territory. Because, in consultation the shogunate of Edo period decided that “Tameshima; Ulleungdo and Dokdo; Matsusima” were korean territory with the Joseon Dynasty. So, again, Meiji government investigated sovereignty of Dokdo and Ulleung Island. And dismissed all of Ulleungdo apply for exploration. The Meiji government accepted that “Takeshima” and “In addition to one island” called Ulleungdo and Dokdo is Korean territory is not Japanese territory at “Taejeonggwan Official Document” in 1877. So The Study Group of Takeshima Problems Rsearch has fabricated an equation of “The Island ; takeshima ; matsushima”. therefore “Taejeonggwan Official Document” is irrelevant to the Dokdo. However, the logic is that fabricated the truth.

오늘날 일본정부는 독도를 일본의 고유영토라고 주장한다. 죽도문제연구회가 논리적 지원을 행하고 있다. 그런데 메이지정부가 스스로 울릉도와 독도가 일본영토가 아니라고 한 ｢태정관문서｣가 방해되었다. 1860년 이후 막말부터 메이지초기에 걸쳐 민간에서 울릉도 개척원을 중앙정부에 제출되었다. 중앙정부는 에도시대 막부와 조선조정 사이에 울릉도의 국경문제로 최종적으로 ｢죽도=울릉도, 송도=독도｣라는 인식을 바탕으로 울릉도와 독도를 조선영토로 인식하고 있었다. 그래서 메이지정부는 울릉도와 독도의 소속을 다시 조사하여 울릉도 개척원을 모두 기각시켰다. 또한 메이지정부는 1877년 태정관지령으로 울릉도와 독도 편입 의견에 대해 “죽도(울릉도) 외 1도(독도)는 일본과 관계없다는 것을 명심할 것”이라고 하여 울릉도와 독도가 조선의 영토가 아님을 분명히 했다. 그래서 죽도문제연구회는 메이지초기 메이지정부는 ｢울릉도=죽도=송도｣로서 ｢죽도 외1도(송도) 일본영토와 무관함을 명심할 것｣라고 조작하여 태정관문서와 독도는 무관하다는 논리를 펴고 있다. 그러나 이러한 논리는 논증이 불가능한 사실을 조작한 것이다.
