The purpose of this study is to learn Legal consciousness, Human rights consciousness and connection of behavior between teenagers. Moreover, In this study, try to find the way of law education and human rights education which can be more effective through studying their experience of law education and human rights education. For this study, we conducted a law consciousness and human rights consciousness survey of 233 teenagers live in Seoul and Gyeong-gi from 2015 early May to late June. The result of the study is as in the following. First, generally, Law consciousness of teenagers is above the average level, those are formed positive correlation in these three of parts which are cognition, affective, behavioral factors. The experience differences in law education has significant differences in the factors of cognitive, affective factors only. Second, their human rights consciousness is on above the average level, and showing positive correlation in parts of All of parts. Depend on experience of human rights education, there was meaningful differences cognitive factors and affective factors. As a result, Those current law education and human rights education couldn‘t relatively have influence on their behavioral factor. So with this result, in order to improve their law consciousness and human rights consciouness, we need to realize that cognitive, affective and behavioral factors are closely connected. Also, It need to organize and develop program which can improve the ability of behavioral factor. At the end of paper emphasized the change of the quality of current education and the way of education.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 법의식과 인권의식의 인지와 정서, 그리고 행동 간의 관계를 알아보고, 오늘날 법과 인권교육경험에 따른 세 영역의 영향을 살펴봄으로써 지행합일의 효과를 보여줄 수 있는 법교육과 인권교육 방안을 모색해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년 5월 초부터 6월 말까지 서울·경기지역에 거주하는 청소년 233명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 본 연구의 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 째, 청소년의 전반적인 법의식은 보통이상의 수준으로 나타났고, 법의식의 인지적, 정서적, 행동적 영역 모두 정적 상관을 이루고 있었으며, 법교육경험에 따른 차이는 인지적 영역과 정서적 영역에서만 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘 째, 인권의식은 전반적으로 보통이상의 수준으로 나타났으며, 인지적, 정서적, 행동적 영역 모두 유의미한 상관관계가 있음을 보여주었다. 인권교육경험에 따라선 인지적 영역과 정서적 영역에서만 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 결과적으로 기존의 법교육과 인권교육 경험이 학생들의 행동적 영역에는 다른 영역에 비해서 상대적으로 영향을 미치지 못했음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 토대로, 청소년 법의식과 인권의식의 균형적인 발달을 위해선 인지, 정서, 행동 간의 관계가 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 인식해야하며, 의식 내 행동적 영역의 능력을 함양시킬 수 있는 프로그램 구성과 개발이 이루어져야 하고, 기존의 교육 내용 및 방법에 대한 개선과 변화가 필요함을 제언으로 제시하였다.
