This study is aim to propose checklist needed in revision action through self-feedback, to find effective teaching method of self-introduction for employment for a college freshman. To make activity paper necessary for revision action , in this study, was analyzed by the error aspect in self-introduction for employment 159 written by D college freshman. self-introduction for employment was collected through the following procedure. First, the professor taught definition and attributes of self-introduction for employment, the specific on how to write, instructions etc. Next, the learner was investigated with the support sector which I wanted, was diagnosed character by utilizing diagnosis paper for character, chose character associated with the support industry, and learn how to write to fit the argument structure as a model to present examples. Finally, on the following class, the professor was tested self-introduction for employment writing against the learner.

본 연구는 대학 1학년생을 위한 취업용 자기소개서의 효율적인 지도 방안을 모색하기 위해, 자가 피드백을 활용한 고쳐쓰기 활동에 필요한 체크리스트를 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 체크리스트를 만들기 위해, D대학 1학년생이 작성한 자기소개서 과제 159개에 나타난 오류 양상을 분석하였다. 자기소개서 과제는 3차시에 거친 수업의 결과물이다. 1차시에 자기소개서의 개념 정의와 특성, 항목별 구체적인 작성법, 유의사항 등을 교육하고, 2차시에 과정 중심의 글쓰기 교육방법을 적용해, 희망하는 지원업종에 대해 조사하기, 성격 진단지를 활용해 성격 진단하기, 지원업종과 관련된 성격 선택하기를 진행하였으며, 그 결과를 논증 방식을 이용해 지원업종과 연관되게 구체적인 근거를 들어 내용을 작성하도록 모범예문을 제시해 연습하도록 하였다. 마지막으로 3차시에 자기소개서 쓰기를 실시하였다.
