The Foreign Direct Investment to enhance the competitiveness of companies and countries will be an important factor. Korea, China and Japan are competing in foreign direct investment. The purpose of this paper is to find the determinants of Korean, Chinese and Japanese Companies’ FDIs using the spatial autoregressive model. Most previous studies ignored spatial interdependence to analyze the determinants of outward FDI. Empirical results of Korean FDIs shows per POP, IM and spatial effects are positive and significant variables. Results of Chinese FDIs show per GNI, POP, EX, IM and spatial effects are positive and significant variables. But Results of Japanese FDIs reveal that spatial effects are insignificant.
