- It is being expanded to the budget and systematic support for startups and venture enterprises. However, they fail to climb over Death Valley, which is attributed to less investment of banks, angel investors and venture capitals. They are reluctant to invest in start-ups and venture companies because of the uncertainty and asymmetric information. Therefore, crowdfunding could be considered an alternative financing to cross Death Valley and swiftly raise funds for startups and venture enterprises. This study found out the financing ecosystem and staus of startups and venture enterprises as well as crowdfundig’s ecosystem and status. This study looked to find a crowdfunding activation measures.
