- In this study, 12 factors were extracted in the results of analyzing the interaction of each workspace based on operation conditions of the container terminal. And this study discovered positioning of productivity improvement factors on by the benchmarking model using Delphi, AHP and IPA method. In the result of Fuzzy-AHP analysis, the weight between productivity elements of container terminal was the highest in equipment capacity and number. This study came to a conclusion that the productivity improvement factors that belonged to the quadrant Ⅳ were the equipment capacity and number, the berth size and the skill of operator. This result also concluded that these productivity improvement factors that requires intensive improvement.
