The human heart is governed by the volition of desire. Representation is governedby, and reveals, volition. Language exists through representation which in turnexists through volition. Languages are expressed by means of representations whichin turn are expressed by means of volition. Therefore, Language is based on Volition, and natural language stems from this. Volition is a semantical element. The meaningof volition is related to grammatical sentence structures. For example in the Japaneselanguage a grammatical double structure is based on double volition meaning. Whatis the one thing everyone should learn about grammar? It is the volition. The functionof a sentence is not understandable without knowledge of its volition. It is thefunction of grammar to discover the existence of a general regulation of order insentences and to find the cause governing this order. Volition permeates the grammarof language. Therefore, we can discover the function of natural language throughthe phenomenon of volition and the study of Volition Grammar.
