The purpose of this research is to develop the EDUPOT systematic guidance program to help vocational and technical education teachers and students in a specialized industrial high school. The research findings were as follows. First, the EDUPOT guidance program (i.e., student workbook, teaching/learning manual) was developed by a systematic process involving analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, revision, and complement. The development was conducted by using the systematic instructional design model, and the content had to be interesting, practical, educationally relevant, and active. The program consisted of the introduction to EDUPOT, the EDUPOT basics, unsupervised activities, school club activities, volunteer activities, career activities, and extracurricular activities (including writing an introduction letter and detailing after-school activities in which they have faithfully participated). Second, to verify the educational effectiveness of the EDUPOT guidance program, it was applied to freshman students for 8 weeks in a specialized industrial high school. Students’ satisfaction level with the content was 4.11 out of 5 after applying the EDUPOT guidance program. Most of the students were satisfied and interested in the content, and the program was able to help them. However, other students wanted to extend the participation time of each lesson, and others found it difficult to understand a lot of content.

이 연구의 목적은 공업계고등학교 교사와 학생들이 체계적이고 효과적으로 에듀팟을 활 용하기 위한 에듀팟 지도 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 ADDIE 모델을 적용한 에듀팟 지도 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 공업계고 재학생들에게 적용 하였다. 상기 연구 목적에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가 및 수정 및 보완의 단계에 따라 공업계고 학생용 에듀팟 지도 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 총 8차시에 걸친 에듀팟 지도 프로그램은 흥미유발성, 현실성, 관련성 및 활동성을 고려하여 개발하였으며, 프로그램 개발의 결과로 학생용 교재, 교수․학습 지도안이 도출되었다. 구체적 으로는 에듀팟 소개하기, 에듀팟 시작하기, 자기소개서, 자율활동, 동아리활동, 봉사활동, 진로 활동 및 방과후 학교 영역으로 구성하였다. 둘째, 개발한 에듀팟 지도 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하고자 8주에 걸쳐 연구자가 직접 40명의 학생에게 적용하였으며, 그 결과 프로그램 만 족도 평균은 4.11점으로 나타났다. 대부분 학생들은 본 프로그램에 만족하고 있었으며, 수업 이 흥미롭고 도움이 되었다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 짧은 수업시간과 방대한 학습 내용으로 인해 어려웠다는 응답도 나타났다.
