Recently in korea, juvenile offend are improving gradually compared to the past due to the complex factor. The importance of the juvenile classification system in korea juvenile classification office is addressed again these days as a countermeasure for diminishing juvenile offend in korea. The juvenile classification system by the juvenile classification office which promotes the proper production of the protection public service for juvenile offender is the juvenile judicial procedure to attribute the cause of the juvenile offend through the interdisciplinary approach and to present the criteria of the individual treatment for correcting juvenile offenders. Notwithstanding the importance of the juvenile classification for individual treatment for juvenile offenders, Our juvenile classification system has been dominated for long time by the bureaucratic public paradigm which has set a high value upon the efficiency, bureaucratic rule and legal-administrative value. And the existing study on the juvenile classification by the juvenile classification office is approaching it throughout the legal-administrative way. But, The juvenile classification system by the juvenile classification office in korea must require the interdisciplinary approach and the path - breaking approach against the existing study which is based on the legal -administrative approach. Therefore, I would like to assert the new approach of the korean juvenile classification system in the its ideology, its regime and juvenile classification method against the existing study. In conclusion, I showed the de-bureaucratism of the juvenile classification and the correction welfare of it and so on.

최근 갈수록 소년범죄는 증가하고 있으며 이러한 소년범죄의 감소를 위한 대책의 한 방법으로 소년분류심사의 중요성이 재조명되고 있다. 비행소년에 대한 보호공공재의 적절한 생산을 촉진시키는 소년분류심사제도란 소년비행의 원인을 학제적으로 귀인하고 비행소년의 특성에 부합되는 개별적 처우의 기준을 제시하기 위하여 나온 소년사법절차를 말한다. 이러한 중요성을 가짐에도 현행 우리나라의 소년분류심사제도는 관료적 패러다임에 놓여있다. 그리고 소년분류심사제도에 관한 선행연구는 주로 행정적, 법적 접근을 한다. 그러나 소년분류심사제도는 학제적 속성을 필수로 하는 점에서 선행연구과 다른 경로혁신적 접근이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 소년분류심사제도의 내용과 선행연구를 소개하고 소년분류심사제도의 이념면, 레짐면, 인권면, 분류심사방법기술론적 측면에서 독창적 관점에서 비판하고 나아갈 방향을 제시하였다. 그리고 결론적으로 소년분류심사제도의 탈관료화, 학제화, 교정복지화, 민주화, 인간화 등을 사견으로 주장하였다.
