- This study aimed to analyze the mediating effect of career resilience on the relationship between high school students' social support and career preparation behavior, and to suggest implications for non-academic high school students' career and vocational education. To achieve the purpose of this study, we collected 286 survey data from 16 Uni-Tech business units throughout the whole country. Using the data, CFA for measurement model and structural equation model analysis were executed. As the result of analysis, social support did not show any statistically significant effect on career preparation behavior. Whereas, social support had a statistically significant effect on career resilience and career resilience also had statistically significant effect on career preparation behavior. This result means career resilience fully mediates the relationship between social support and career preparation behavior. In other words, learning workers who perceive high level of social support show high level of career resilience which rinks to high level of career preparation behavior. Based on this result, we suggested discussion and implication.

- 본 연구는 유니테크 통합교육과정에 참여하는 고교 학습근로자를 대상으로, 이들의 사회적 지지와 진로탄력성의 관계에서 진로준비행동의 매개효과에 대한 분석을 통해 비인문계 고교생들의 진로 및 직업교육에 대한 시사점을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적의 달성을 위하여 유니테크 사업에 참여하는 전국 16개 사업단의 286명의 설문응답을 토대로 확인적 요인분석을 통한 측정모형 분석 및 변인 간 관계 검증을 위한 구조모형을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 사회적 지지는 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 사회적 지지는 진로탄력성에, 진로탄력성은 진로준비행동에 유의한 직접효과를 가지는 것으로 나타나 진로탄력성이 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 사회적 지지를 높게 인식한 학습근로자의 경우 진로탄력성이 높으며, 결과적으로 높은 수준의 진로준비행동을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다.
