Traditional Art of Korea should be able to realize the artistic support in terms of public policy areas and the creation and enjoyment of art and cultural freedom as the right to value the pursuit of happiness and quality of life of the traditional cultural heritage. Of course, South Korea is also planning a cultural nostalgia empowerment and steady policy objectives to ensure the environmental quality of the artist and has been run by building foundations. But even as this support and recognize the value of traditional arts such as the implementation of necessary public goods is recognized as a valuable material needed for the community it may be insufficient. History and traditional values as cultural assets of Namdaemun, on the Korean spirit and life philosophy, about other cultural treasures such reports to establish specific mechanisms than hagieneun imagine the eternal value of public goods content in the traditional arts of New Korean Wave is thought that it is necessary. 한국의 전통예술은 공공적 영역의 관점에서 예술지원정책을 실현하고 전통문화 유산의 가치와 삶의 질적 행복추구에 대한 권리로서 자유롭게 예술문화를 창조하고 향 유할 수 있어야 한다. 물론 한국정부도 문화 향유권 신장과 예술가의 질적 환경을 보장 하기 위해 정책목표를 꾸준히 계획하고 인프라를 구축하여 실행하여 왔다. 하지만 이 러한 지원에도 전통예술의 가치 인식과 공공재로서 공동체 사회에 필요한 가치재로서 구현과 같은 당위적 인식은 미흡하다 할 수 있다. 즉 문화재로서 숭례문의 역사와 전통 적 가치라든가, 한국인의 삶에 관한 사상과 철학, 그 밖의 보물에 대한 문화적 보고 등 신 한류로의 무궁한 콘텐츠인 전통예술의 공공재적 가치를 상상하기에는 보다 구체적 인 메커니즘을 정립할 필요가 있다고 사료된다. 이에 본 연구는 한국전통예술의 공공 성 구현을 위한 경제적-정치적-사회문화적 차원의 선순환 구조에서 우선시 되어야 할 방안들에 대한 일반적인 논의를 주제로 한다.
