The research was conducted regarding formativeness of hairstyle in the drama ‘Jang Ok Jung, Live In Love.’ After studying braided hair, court lady’s hair and hairstyle with an ornamental hairpin on among different hair style in the Joseon Dynasty period, it was found all of these are beautiful hair style with good combination of straight line and curve. So, the researcher combines the cloud-patterned, organic curve with hair style in the Joseon Dynasty period to create straight line as a curve so that it is more than realization of historical research, but of completeness of design by changing hair style with artistic concept. Through the process of setting accessory and inner meaning shown in accessory, it can maximize the mood of drama scene to create atmosphere. This process of setting should be considered as concept to create new distinctive image, rather than criticized for style without any specific nationality. It is hoped that change of hair style and its transformation in ‘Jang Ok Jung, Live In Love’ not only can provide entertainment, but also will be accepted as innovative culture that surpass era and space while staying out of issues to determine whether or not historical research is true, as well as developed culture. In the future, it is expected that hair style setting with inner meaning can maximize the mood of drama scene and help to creative character in drama production.

드라마 ‘장옥정, 사랑에 살다’ 헤어스타일의 조형성을 연구하였다. 조선시대 헤어 스타일 중 땋은 머리, 나인머리, 첩지머리의 조형성을 연구한 결과 직선과 곡선이 어우 러진 아름다운 머리형태임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 구름문양의 유기적인 곡선미를 조선시대 헤어스타일에 결합하여 직선 을 곡선화 함으로써 단순한 고증 재현이 아닌 예술적인 개념을 가지고 헤어스타일의 변화를 주어 디자인의 완성도를 높였다. 장신구에서는 장신구 설정과정과 장신구에서 보여지는 내적의미를 통해 드라마 장면의 느낌을 극대화시켜 분위기를 살렸다. 이러한 설정과정은 국적이 없는 스타일이라는 비판을 받기 보다는 하나의 새로 운 이미지를 창조하는 개념으로 보아질 것이다. ‘장옥정, 사랑에 살다’에서의 헤어스타일의 변화와 변형은 시청자들에게 재미를 줄 뿐만 아니라, 고증이 “맞다”, “안 맞다”가 아닌 시간과 공간성을 초월한 독창적인 문 화이자 하나의 발전된 문화로 보아지길 바란다. 앞으로 드라마 제작에 있어 내적의미가 있는 헤어스타일 설정으로 드라마 장면 의 분위기를 극대화시킬 뿐만 아니라 캐릭터 창조에 도움이 되고자 한다.
