This paper defines a novel 『Ping Pong』 by Park Min-gyu of the ecological literature. And it goals to analyze the ecological significance in the 『ping-pong』. Murray Bukchin is looking to the inevitable consequences of it by simply destroying the natural reality of the global ecological crisis through ecological discussed above, indiscriminate development, but modern thinking, modern anthropocentrism. In other words, the ecological crisis is bukchin with ecological regulations in a very broad sense should soon see with human-centered development arrogant due to human reason, human domination. Park Min-gyu seems that due to the novel and modern education in the『Ping-pong』 that year mass destruction and the human body, the human dominant conformist reality of the current issue of the ecosystem and order. Human direct human domination and violence, as well as through a thorough structured social 'exclusion' This social exclusion is evident in a very systematic and institutional. Park Min-gyu seems to break through the appearance of politicization of these issues ordinances excluded the other. Park Min-gyu is one step further, the batter was ruled out "political subject as a reborn here are positively beneficial by having subjects consciousness 'ethics' on the basis of which produces happy to fly again an alternative subject. Thus 『ping pong』 of Park Min-gyu can be a very compelling novel in that it solve the problem by starting from a social ecological consciousness' ethical principals birth.

본고는 박민규의 『핑퐁』을 생태문학으로 규정한 후 『핑퐁』에서 보이는 생태학적 의미를 분석하는 것을 목표로 했다. 머레이 북친은 그의 상회 생태주의 논의를 통해 전지구적인 생태 위기의 현실이 단순히 자연 파괴, 무분별한 개발에 의한 것이 아니라 근대적 사유, 근대적인 인간 중심주의 에 따른 필연적인 결과로 보고 있다. 즉, 북친은 생태를 매우 넓은 의미로 규정하면서 생태의 위기는 곧 인간의 오만한 개발중심적인 이성과 더불 어 인간의 인간 지배욕으로 기인한다고 본다. 박민규는 소설 『핑퐁』에서 현재의 생태계 질서의 파괴 그리고 인간의 인간 지배 현실 문제를 순응적인 신체를 양산해 내는 근대 교육에 기인하 고 있음을 보인다. 인간의 인간 지배는 직접적인 폭력뿐만 아니라 사회적 ‘배제’를 통해 철저하게 구조화되며 이러한 사회적 배제는 매우 조직적·제 도적으로 드러난다. 박민규는 이러한 문제의식을 배제된 타자들의 정치화로 돌파하는 모습을 보인다. 사회에서 잊힌 존재인 타자 들이 자신들의 언어를 확보하고, 의 사소통 체계를 회복하면서 이들은 어느 새 정치적인 존재로서 재탄생한 다. 이는 2000년대 문학이 갖는 정치적 상상력인데 박민규는 여기에서 한 발 더 나아가 이 정치적 주체로 재탄생 ‘배제되었던 타자’들이 적극적으로 행복을 생산하는 호혜적인 주체의식을 바탕으로 ‘윤리 의식’을 가짐으로 써 대안적 주체로 거듭날 것을 보인다. 이처럼 박민규의 『핑퐁』은 사회적 생태 의식으로부터 출발해서 ‘윤리적 주체 탄생’으로 그 문제를 해결한다 는 점에서 매우 돋보이는 소설이라고 할 수 있다.
